What We Are Looking For:

The Account-Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Sectigo’s enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, with a focus on net new, upsell and cross-sell campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize revenue growth and customer lifetime value (CLV) across key accounts. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of ABM principles and tools, B2B SaaS marketing experience, and a proven track record of driving successful demand generation programs.

This is a full-time and remote position, reporting to our Vice President, Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage high-value accounts, increase wallet share, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing team to create compelling mid-funnel messages and touchpoints, to increase funnel velocity and conversions.
• Build customer target lists and personas, using multiple data sources and sales and marketing tools to build clusters and identify and target new contacts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to identify key accounts, understand their business needs, and develop personalized marketing plans and initiatives.
• Leverage customer data, insights, predictive analytics and generative AI to deliver hyper-targeted messaging, content, and campaigns.
• Implement marketing automation workflows, personalized nurture tracks, and targeted advertising campaigns to engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including account engagement, pipeline growth, upsell/cross-sell conversion rates, and revenue impact, to measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives and optimize strategies.
• Drive in console product messages, including product notifications, promos, upsell / cross-sell messages, events and company news.
• Drive customer advocacy initiatives including online reviews, testimonials, case studies, customer events and speaking opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or college degree in marketing or a related field is strongly preferred. MBA degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a demand generation role.
• At least 2 years of B2B SaaS / security software industry experience is critical and strongly preferred.
• Experience with ABM tools like 6sense or Demandbase essential.
