We believe that AI-generated content can drown out the human voice. The internet will soon be inundated with ‘AI slop’ — low-quality, incoherent content that generates clicks. This problem threatens user-generated content platforms, writers, and online communities. 

We want AI to complement and amplify human expression. We aim to promote all human-written content with a certification, which would empower moderators, connect writers with their audiences, and connect readers with useful and relevant content. 

Our patent-pending solution uses advanced signal processing, statistical analysis, and cryptographic methods to validate human effort and involvement. Founded by pioneers in cryptography, privacy protection, and scalable consumer platforms, we offer a distinct solution that is simple and robust.

You will work closely with (CTO). In his words –

My career at Netflix started as a founding engineer for Netflix’s Open Connect platform and later on as a Sr. Engineering Leader, led‬‭ a‬‭ brilliant team that ran algorithms, services and applications for one of the largest Content Delivery Networks on the‬‭ planet.‬‭ I am passionate about working with colleagues with strong judgment and are high on integrity. With over 20 years as Founder and CEO/COO at a Startup I led the company from startup through critical market transitions and sustained growth, generating over $435M in revenue during my tenure. I built key partnerships with all the major Hollywood studios for theater-quality content license agreements – a mission impossible for small companies. Earlier at NetApp, I built and led a product marketing team that supported annual revenue growth from $2M to $160M. 

We are looking for an impressive colleague that can drive innovation at the intersection of human-computer interaction, machine learning and security. You will be building and optimizing models that characterize human-computer interaction patterns that will be at the core of our technology. You will also be developing NLP models for semantic similarities including for cross-lingual use cases. This role requires expertise in experimental design, strong programming skills, and the ability to to translate cutting-edge research into practical applications.

Working in-person (San Jose area) with us is satisfying and could help with rapid progress at this early stage of the company. However, we’ll compromise on that if we really want to work with you.

We’ve set aside unusually high levels of founder equity for this role, along with a competitive base salary. We are too small currently to provide work authorization sponsorship.
