About the Role:

As a Bartender at our fine dining establishment in Scottsdale, ARZ, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional guest experience through your expertise in mixology and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to craft high-quality beverages while maintaining a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our patrons. You will be expected to manage a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drink options, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.

Skills:

The required skills of bartending and guest service will be utilized daily as you interact with customers, taking their orders and crafting drinks that meet their preferences. Working in a fast-paced environment will require you to manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Your ability to perform repetitive motions, such as shaking cocktails and pouring drinks, will be essential in ensuring a smooth workflow. Lifting and carrying heavy weights, such as kegs and cases of beverages, will be part of your routine, necessitating physical stamina and strength.
