Are you a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) looking to take your career to the USA? We are seeking highly skilled Audit / Accounting professionals to participate in the H-1B visa lottery , offering a pathway to secure an on-site role with leading U.S. firms.

If successful in the Lottery, you will have the opportunity to relocate to the United States and work with US-based clients in providing financial reporting, advisory support, and training for audit teams and clients while ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.

This role provides valuable exposure to US accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial practices, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to expand their expertise in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting consultations to audit teams and clients.
• Prepare and review financial reports, accounting statements, audit preparations and journal entries ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Oversee payroll processing, expense allocation, and audit support for all teams.

· Developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes

• Present s recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.   As well as assist with advisory engagements on implementation projects.

· Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Ensure accuracy in accounting reports and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.

Essential Experience

• Strong knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, organizational efficiency, and effective communication
• Experience in developing accounting training materials and conducting staff/client training.
• Ability to correctly prepare tax reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision as well as part of team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Qualified CA(SA) + 2 - 6 years post completion of articles.
• A wide general knowledge of US legislation and regulations that could affect financial reporting
