The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide enterprise-level leadership in the development and execution of a comprehensive technology infrastructure plan. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all IT infrastructure services in support of the organization's education, clinical care, and research missions. This includes managing multiple technical departments, leading the delivery and planning of technology platforms, and ensuring the modernized technology meets the digital, clinical, and academic environments' needs. The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-oriented executive with a proven track record in leading IT infrastructure services, particularly in complex organizations. They must possess exceptional communication skills, be a technology evangelist, and have the ability to influence and manage buy-in for technology direction. Candidates for the CTO position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a CTO role. A total of 10 years' of relevant experience in leading IT infrastructure services, particularly in the hospitality or healthcare sector, is required. The CTO will be expected to have a strong background in deploying infrastructure to support digital health, delivering high-availability systems in a 24/7 environment, and supporting major transformation initiatives. Leadership skills such as the ability to direct and evaluate department operations, establish and support strategic goals, and lead and develop a professional staff are essential.
