About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive top-line growth and enhance the company's competitive position. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and improving customer retention through targeted programs. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in revenue growth, and expertise in performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM strategies. The CMO will also be tasked with integrating in-house marketing teams with agency partners, developing community-based brand equity programs, and utilizing data analytics to optimize marketing performance. Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a strong analytical mindset and a history of leveraging data and AI-driven insights for decision-making. The role demands an executive presence with experience in presenting to Boards and senior leadership teams, and a background in home services or similar location-based industries with multi-market brand management. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or relevant advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing community-based marketing initiatives, be familiar with AI-driven marketing automation, and possess expertise in budget management and ROI optimization. The CMO will work closely with the executive team to craft and implement impactful marketing initiatives, and will be instrumental in the company's next phase of growth.
