We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our well-established clinic at the South University campus in Fargo, ND. Our busy practice is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated individual to enhance patient access and care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced professionals and make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Opportunity: 1.0 FTE
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Patient Demographics: Treat patients of all ages, from Pediatrics to Adults
• Patient Load: Manage 15-20 patients per day
• Growth Potential: Established patient base with ample opportunity for growth
• New Graduates Welcome: Must have completed part 4 of National Boards
• Essential Skills: Strong communication skills required

Role and Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our Care Team, you will utilize Essentia Care Processes to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Your role will involve achieving Care Team objectives and ensuring continuity of care for patients and their families.

Education and Training Requirements:

• Degree: Graduate of an accredited chiropractic school with a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Licensure: Eligible to seek licensure in all jurisdictions
• New Graduates: Considered if through part 4 of National Boards

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• State Licensure: Current (or ability to obtain) licensure as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in North Dakota
• Credentialing: Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice

COMPENSATION

• $147,000 . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
