We are scaling through a B2B2C model, partnering with businesses such as gyms, wellness brands, and corporate organizations to integrate mental health solutions into their offerings. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a CMO & Co-Founder who will work alongside our other two Co-founders (CEO & CTO), to lead marketing, sales, and user acquisition with a primary focus on the US market. If you have a strong track record in B2B2C sales, growth marketing, and strategic partnerships, and you're passionate about mental health, this is the role for you. What You'll Be Doing B2B2C Growth Strategy – Identify & close partnerships with wellness brands, corporate clients, and key B2B2C stakeholders. Marketing & Branding – Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to acquire and retain users. Sales & Revenue Growth – Identify monetization opportunities and secure early revenue partnerships. Fundraising Support – Work alongside the founding team to position Better You and Friends for pre-seed funding and investor relations. What You Need to Succeed Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, or partnerships in a B2B2C startup. Strong network & knowledge of the US mental health & wellness industry. Ability to execute independently & drive revenue traction quickly. Passion for mental health & wellness – This is more than just a job, it's a mission.
