Job Description

We are searching for a Contracts administrator role near the Philadelphia area with an aerospace company.

As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure proper FAR and DFARS flow-down requirements are compliant in subcontracts
• Ensure all terms (SOWs, Ts & Cs, groundrules and assumptions) of proposals are incorporated into subsequent contracts.
• Identify contract scope changes, document such changes, and assist in the effective negotiations of the ensuing contractual modifications.
• Perform beginning to end contract management activities, including providing sound advice on contract risk
• Review bids and proposals to ensure they meet company policy, customer, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Industry recognized certification- not required (DAWIA Contracting Level 3, CPCM, CFCM, etc.)
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
• Experience with US Export Control Laws (e.g. ITAR, EAR).
