Executive Assistant to $120K - Hybrid Work Model Offered!

Our client, a growing biopharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced, and reliable Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced team. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for working directly with team members and for performing various administrative duties. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of executive support experience supporting senior management.

Position Details:

• Location: Lexington, MA
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating and managing travel, developing and maintaining filing, arranging corporate events, providing back-up as needed for administration team members, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, the ability to be discreet and confidential, and works well independently as well as part of a team.
