A top software-focused PE firm is looking for an EA to support the founder and his chief of staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working with confidential matters in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executive
• Handle confidential matters
• Assist in planning and arranging extensive personal and professional international and domestic travel
• Schedule appointments, plan meetings, keep phone and plane logs, maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-8 years of experience supporting c-suite executives
• Exceptional sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• High degree of collaboration with all levels in the organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
