This opportunity is freelance for three months and will be onsite (5 days a week) in our client’s West Los Angeles, CA, office . We are currently seeking Los Angeles, CA, residents for this opportunity only.

Your Expertise:

• 5-7 years of experience managing creative and digital projects within the advertising, marketing, or technology industries.
• Strong client management, organizational, and communication skills , with the ability to navigate complex project workflows.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects , ensuring seamless execution across video, 3D, design, and AR productions .

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of AR and video projects , from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring they align with creative objectives and client expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams , facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and proactively addressing challenges.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and workflow documentation , ensuring smooth execution and on-time delivery of all assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams , including designers, producers, and developers, to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
• Monitor and optimize production processes , identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and uphold creative integrity.
• Ensure all deliverables—such as AR experiences, marketing materials, presentations, and sizzle reels—are high quality and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage status meetings, track approvals, and facilitate feedback loops to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in project management or production roles within creative, digital, or marketing agencies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects while adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in overseeing diverse production disciplines, including augmented reality, video content, design, and 3D workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies, with a focus on iterative development and continuous process improvement.
• A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions.
• Understanding of design workflows, asset handling, and file management best practices to streamline production.
• Must be willing to work five days onsite in our client’s West Los Angeles, CA, office.
