Job Title: Housing Navigator
Location: Los Angeles, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20-25 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Navigator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to helping individuals and families find stable housing solutions and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the housing needs of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized housing plans.
• Assist clients in navigating the housing application process, including completing paperwork and securing necessary documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing providers.
• Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients to ensure successful housing placements.
• Collaborate with local agencies, service providers, and community organizations to coordinate resources and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
• Experience working with homeless populations or in a housing-related role.
• Strong understanding of housing resources and services in Los Angeles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
