Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client's dynamic team in West Chester, Ohio. This is for a future role with our client and the role is not yet open. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.

• Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

• Manage employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification or coursework is a plus.

• Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
