What You Will Achieve

• Inter-office communications : Serve as the liaison between our US-based English speaking team and our Beijing-based Chinese speaking team on a range of matters and topics within the IP Licensing department.
• Research and Analysis : Conduct research on potential partners for collaborations, initiate conversations for possible partnerships, and maintain an updated list of opportunities for internal use.
• Visual Communication : Collaborate with internal teams at our HQ to develop presentations and materials that effectively showcase IPs and communicate licensing opportunities. This includes working on pitch decks and mock-ups to support outbound efforts.
• Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to licensing and merchandising, ensuring that all documentation and processes are up-to-date and compliant with internal and partner company policies.
• Exploration of New IPs : Assist the team in researching and identifying artists as potential POP MART-owned or exclusive IPs.

What You Will Need

• 1-2 years experience in licensing, merchandising, or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or toy industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote or Illustrator.
• Excellent written and verbal Chinese communication skills.
• Knowledge and interest in genre character-based artists and the new contemporary art market.
