The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) provides remote therapy services through Headway, helping individuals launch or grow their private practice. They accept insurance, handle billing and admin paperwork, and offer marketing support to increase client caseloads. This flexible role allows therapists to work remotely while ensuring uninterrupted access to mental health care for their patients.

Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Wage: Between $86-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LCMFT
