Position:
Full Time/Part Time Experienced Paralegal (minimum 1 year of experience)
Location:
Remote position with no daily office commute. Must reside in CA.
Essential Qualifications:
· Must have Bachelor’s degree and successful completion of an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate course.
· 1-3 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation or real estate.
· Strong team player; our firm values collaboration and camaraderie.
· Technologically adept, given our virtual working model.
· Competency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft OneDrive, and Adobe Pro DC
· Understanding of Civil Procedure, efiling, judicial council forms, discovery, calendaring, case management, virtual court appearance procedure, and drafting on pleading paper required.
· Exceptional legal research, oratory, and writing skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Clio, OneLegal, and Lawyaw preferred but not required
· Spanish language proficiency.
