Project/Responsibilities Include:

  • Help produce virtual Network Digital Breakout Sessions (coordinate schedules, assist setting meetings, collect event information, set up Zoom, create and manage RSVP forms, send out confirmation emails)

  • Help produce large in person Network gatherings (work with local Reboot staff and Local Chairs to identify a host, set a date, create and manage RSVP forms, send out confirmations, work with local staff to arrange catering, assist in coordinating any rentals)

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar upkeep, and ongoing task management in relation to event production. 

  • In charge of Rebooter life-moment actions/acknowledgements

  • Maintain databases, contact lists and Google groups on various digital platforms

 

The ideal consultant will be a community organizer, motivated and creative with a genuine, open-minded interest in Jewish culture and identity. Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following traits and experience:

 

  • Excellent organization and task management skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Past event planning and success.

  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Database management experience, preferably in Salesforce.

  • Articulate.

  • Team player.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.

  • Jewishly curious.

  • An eye for detail.

  • A sense of humor.

  • Energetic, with a strong work ethic.

  • Professional experience in the Jewish world is not a requirement, but a passion for Reboot's mission is required.

  • Ability to deal with Network members with discretion and professional manner. 

 

A college degree is required.
