Job Summary :
We are looking for our first in-house recruiter and talent manager to help build our organization. You will be responsible for both building our talent programs as well as securing top talent to meet ongoing needs. This includes responsibility for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent, as well as managing our contingent workforce program to ensure we smoothly onboard the right specialized talent through staffing agencies and vendors. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will be a builder - helping build the infrastructure of our talent programs. You will be a doer - finding the right talent for our organization. And you will be a critical part of developing our culture across the organization. We can't wait to hear from you.
