Salesforce CPQ Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, implement, and enhance our CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills, hands-on CPQ experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline pricing, quoting, and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business needs.
• Implement and customize product configurations, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows in CPQ.
• Develop and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs for custom functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and finance systems to ensure seamless Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and provide solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data security, and governance policies .

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience , including at least 1+ year working with Salesforce CPQ .
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations .
• Experience with Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules for automation.
• Proficiency in CPQ pricing models, discounting strategies, contract renewals, and Quote-to-Cash processes .
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and deployment automation .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in fast-paced environments .
• Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines .
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models and billing systems .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
