Job Description Demonstrated experience managing Agile DevOps enabled Admin and Development teams within the Salesforce ecosystem for 6+ years. Strong organizational and communication skills that create effective cross team collaboration between business and technical focused teams and personnel. Comfortable interacting with senior management and business partners across different domains. Demonstrated experience operating within a matrixed organization with a strong focus on enabling business capabilities through partnership and collaboration. Comfortable working with a global admin and development team working across many different time zones, geographies, and cultures. Demonstrated focus on customer and employee satisfaction and enablement. Experience with ETL tools and API management tools a plus. Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred with 8+ years of experience in defining, architecting and building software-based IT solutions.
