Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM JCER missions in order to provide the JCER Director with Planning, Analysis, Spectrum Management, and Intelligence support. In addition, S4 employees will support Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for JCER to accomplish Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) readiness evaluations.

Required Experience:

• Managing Special Access Program through use of Joint Access Database Enterprise (JADE); including pre-screening, program access requests (PARs), Transfer of Access (TOA) approvals, Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreement (SAPIA), and Debriefing acknowledgements;
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated relevant experience;
• Ensuring data collection at various classification levels is approved appropriately; and
• Drafting and routing for signature SAPCO memorandums for data transfer, courier letters, and deployment plans.

Duties Include:

• Assist with developing and implementing security plans in accordance with DoD, USSTRATCOM, Service, installation, and other applicable system policies;
• Assist with ensuring all systems are properly classified, managed, and maintained; and
• Assist with ensuring personnel complete system security training, maintain systems, security training
