Emerald Research Group is looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst with a client-oriented mindset who will execute high-impact projects for a variety of tech clients, blending qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data to create compelling narratives and deliver impactful insight s.At Emerald, our Senior Market Research Analysts work in project teams to help us project manage and execute high-quality work across all aspects of our custom market research projects including questionnaire design, fieldwork, data synthesis, and report creatio n. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Market Research Met hodsProduce surveys, screeners, discussion guides, and other work product that aligns with research design object ivesUnderstand and apply best practices and client-specific standards across various types of research met hodsUnderstand how to frame research questions, developing an approach that addresses both explicit and implicit business quest ionsOvresee programming of surveys with limited supervision and monitor fieldwork under direction from a more senior colle agueUnderstand the proposal creation process, contributing where ne ededData Analysis & Quality Con trolCreate crosstabs in Decipher and Q that are properly formatted for review by senior colleagues, tapping in support for more complex data cuts as ne ededLook across inputs to draw insights and conclus ionsIdentify data errors, inconsistencies, and misrepresentations and propose potential solutions or adjustments to correct themScreen for quality control in participant recruit mentStorytel lingDeliver insights and reports that are actionable, prescriptive, relevant, and tailored to the client’s unique business pro blemCreate visuals that convey learnings accurately to communicate to a diverse set of people, audiences, and skill le velsParticipate in client-facing presentations with the help of more senior collea guesLeader shipActively contribute to discussions and demonstrate a desire to engage with clients and teams, camera on or in-pe rsonDemonstrate a willingness to take on new challe ngesBring a solutions-oriented mindset, developing ideas and recommendations to address challe ngesListen and adapt to feedback, applying these learnings across your proj ectsDemonstrate team-centered attributes, working with individuals above and below level to ensure everyone succ eeds QUALIFICAT IONS: Education & Work Expe rienceA 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited univ ersityA minimum of 2 years of market research, marketing, or consulting expe rienc eToolsExperience with statistical software and research tools (e.g. Q, Decipher, SPSS Data Collection, Qual trics)Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and written / verbal communication skillsDemonstrate advanced competency with the key tools you use daily in order to improve your productivity and efficiency (i.e., shortcuts and m acros) WHO Y OU ARE: You demonstrate a client-oriented mindset in your day-to-day behaviors.
