Lead, inspire, and coach Product Managers within a Scrum at Scale framework.
Define a compelling product vision aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
Empower product owners to prioritize features that deliver meaningful value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, drive innovation, and optimize performance.
Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and improvement.

15+ years’ relevant experience. 5-7 years product leadership experience in a Scrum-at-Scale or similar agile framework, driving innovation and product excellence.
Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and coaching skills to foster continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive agile transformation.
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $219,300 - $283,800.
