We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing top accounts to expand our customer base within New Hampshire. You will utilize your skills to analyze sales data, and then work directly with accounts and wholesalers to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation abilities, a knack for upselling, and experience with tracking sales activities effectively. Responsibilities Analyze data and develop sales strategies to achieve sales goals. Manage the entire Brand Ambassador team, and the event schedule. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling. Utilize iDIG/VIP software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. Conduct territory audits to identify placement gaps and market trends. Ensure product placements are maximized and displayed properly. Assist with chain account relations. Qualifications Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance coverage, and clean driving record. Proven experience in territory sales or similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers. Familiarity with iDIG/VIP or other sales software for effective sales management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Knowledge of our products is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelor's Degree in an applicable industry is preferred.
