Key Responsibilities: - Review job contracts, site photos, and scope documents prior to each job.
- Plan and execute safe and efficient removal and installation of windows.
- Perform precise installations per manufacturer specs - ensuring optimal fit, sealing, and insulation.
- Finish each project with interior trim and exterior cladding for a weather-tight, polished result.
- Maintain timelines and stay within labor budgets while delivering top-quality work.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and address any questions or concerns.
- Proactively solve problems and adjust plans on-site to meet job demands.
- Ensure a clean and safe job site at all times, with thorough cleanup after completion.
Qualifications: - Previous window installation experience strongly preferred (willing to train experienced carpenters).
- Skilled in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Proficient with measuring, cutting, and installing interior/exterior trim materials.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and using power tools safely.
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
