LHH is working with a law firm in Austin, TX , specializing in plaintiff-side patent litigation. The firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience in commercial federal court litigation and a background in patent law. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a collaborative, laid-back environment, able to communicate effectively with attorneys, and proactive in ensuring that case requirements are met.

Benefits:

• Annual base salary range from $80,000 - $110,000
• No billable hours requirement

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflows, oversee docketing, and ensure the efficient handling of cases
• Support attorneys in case filings, trial preparation, and court communications
• Ensure efficient handling of cases while maintaining high levels of organization
• Deliver high-quality legal support
• Proactively mentor junior paralegals

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 7 years of extensive experience in commercial federal court litigation processes
• Background in patent law and patent litigation
• Strong understanding of federal court litigation processes
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience coaching and training paralegals
