We are hiring a VP of Marketing with digital growth experience to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced and passionate about building systems for scale - designing and managing brand, program infrastructure and a marketing mix that delivers predictable results.

What You'll Do:

The Vice President of Marketing at Flex will lead the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the B2C market. This role requires a systems-first thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing programs, leveraging both digital & physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives awareness, interest, conversion and revenue growth
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights that enhance service offerings.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability and impact.
• Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, developing lead generation initiatives and supporting the sales process with effective collateral.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI through performance monitoring and strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the B2C sector.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, with a data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in building scalable marketing systems and creating a predictable marketing funnel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
